| Rules & Regulations |
In an effort to keep the lands we manage as pristine as possible so that everyone can enjoy them, Franklin County Conservation has adopted the following major rules and regulations. We thank you for your cooperation. |

- It is illegal to remove, injure, destroy, or deface any natural or man-made structures or materials, including trees, flowers, or wildlife except with the permission of the board. (Mushrooms, fruits, and nuts may be harvested for personal use.)

- All vehicles are restricted to designated roadways and parking areas. The maximum speed limit in all areas is 20 mph.

- Fires may be build in designated areas only.
|
- All county parks are closed from 10:30pm to 6:00 am, except in specific areas designated for camping or rented facilities.

- Firearms and weapons are only allowed in areas designated for hunting or shooting.
|
- All waste and trash are to be placed in receptacles provided for that purpose only.
|
- Camping is allowed only in areas designated by the Conservation Board. No person shall be permitted to camp in a park longer than 7 consecutive days.
|
- All pets in parks must be kept confined or on a leash, except in game management areas.
|
- It is illegal to posses keg beer in any county park without a required permit.
