Once a defendant has been assigned probation by a District Court judge or magistrate in Franklin County, the defendent must report to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, where the terms of the probation will be explained. A defendent will remain on probation until he/she receives discharge from the Court. The terms of probation include: |

The defendant is under the supervision of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office during the probation period. Failure to comply with any one (1) of the probation terms above will be deemed a violation of the terms and conditions of probation.
