Sheriff sales are sales on foreclosed properties. Sales are held at the date and time set on the Sheriff's Levy Form. They usually start at 10:00am in the basement of the Franklin County Courthouse, 12 - 1st Ave NW, Hampton, Iowa.

The Sheriff's Office cannot guarantee clear title to the property and it is highly recommended that you contact an attorney for advice before you bid on a property. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office cannot give legal advice. All sales are "buyer beware."
